Our Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all interactions with Kuvi Hospitality Taco Ltd, trading as Coyo Taco in the UK (and hereafter referred to as 'Coyo Taco'), including dining in our restaurants, placing orders online, purchasing and redeeming gift cards, and making event or group bookings. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Coyo Taco.

  • Reservations

    Reservations can be made online or in person at Bar Coyo. Please note that Coyo Taco cannot be booked in advance. By making a reservation, you are agreeing to arrive at your booked time. We hold tables for up to 15 minutes past the reserved time. After this point, we may offer your table to other guests.

    Cancellations and No-Shows

    If you need to cancel or amend a reservation, please do so as early as possible and no later than 24 hours before your booking time. You can cancel via the booking confirmation email or by contacting the restaurant directly.

    For standard reservations, no charge applies for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows for reservations of 6 or more guests may be subject to a charge, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

    Dietary Requirements and Allergens

    We take allergen information seriously. Please inform a member of our team of any dietary requirements or allergies before ordering. Detailed allergen information is available on request. While we take every precaution, our kitchens are not allergen-free environments and cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.

    Service Charges

    An optional service charge may be added to your bill at Bar Coyo. This is entirely discretionary and can be removed at your request. Any service charge paid goes to the bar team.

    Age Restrictions

    We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Any guest who appears to be under 25 and wishes to purchase alcohol will be asked to provide valid photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone unable to provide appropriate identification or who we believe to be under 18.

    Behaviour in Our Restaurants

    We want every guest to have a great experience. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or causes discomfort to other guests or our team. In such cases, no refund will be provided for food or drinks already served.

     

  • Placing an Order

    Orders placed through our website are subject to availability. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items selected. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case you will receive a full refund.

    Pricing and Payment

    All prices shown online are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

    Click and Collect

    If you select click and collect, your order will be prepared for collection at the time you specify. Please collect your order within 10 minutes of the stated time. We cannot guarantee food quality for orders collected significantly later than the selected time. Orders not collected within 30 minutes of the ready time may be disposed of and no refund will be issued.

    Delivery

    Where delivery is available, it is fulfilled by a third-party delivery partner. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact the delivery provider directly within 2 hours of delivery.

     

    Amendments and Cancellations

    Once an online order has been confirmed and accepted, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it. If you need to make changes, please contact the restaurant immediately by phone. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee amendments once preparation has begun.

    Refunds

    If an item is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund for that item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to appear.

  • Purchase

    Coyo Taco gift cards are available for purchase in our restaurants and online. Gift cards are issued in fixed denominations or in custom amounts as specified at the point of purchase.

    Redemption

    Gift cards can be redeemed against food and drinks at any Coyo Taco or Bar Coyo location in the UK. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, exchanged for cash, or used as a payment method for online delivery orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.

    Validity and Expiry

    Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this date will be forfeited. We recommend checking your balance online before use, or by contacting us at hola@coyotaco.co.uk.

    Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

    Coyo Taco is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. We are unable to replace gift cards unless you can provide proof of purchase. Treat your gift card like cash.

    Partial Redemption

    If the value of your gift card exceeds the total bill, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use. If your total exceeds the card balance, you will need to pay the difference by another method.

  • Group Bookings

    A group booking is defined as a reservation for 8 or more guests. Group bookings may require a deposit or pre-authorisation of payment details at the time of booking. Details will be confirmed during the booking process.

    Private Hire

    We offer exclusive private hire of our restaurant spaces for corporate events, parties, and other occasions. Private hire is subject to a separate agreement and minimum spend requirements, which will be provided in a written proposal. A deposit may be required to secure the booking and, where applicable, will be offset against any minimum spend requirements.

    Deposits

    Where a deposit is required, the amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless:

    •       We cancel the booking for reasons within our control

    •       Cancellation is made with at least 14 days' notice for group bookings, or at least 28 days' notice for private hire

    Deposits will be applied to the final bill on the day.

    Cancellations and Amendments

    For group bookings and private hire, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reduce the number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers within 72 hours of the event may still incur charges based on the originally confirmed headcount.

    Pre-Orders and Set Menus

    Group bookings and private hire events may be required to select from a set menu or submit a pre-order in advance. Details and deadlines will be provided at the time of booking. We are unable to guarantee full a la carte service for large groups.

    Damage

    Any damage to our restaurant, equipment, or property caused by guests during a group booking or private hire event may be charged to the lead booker. We reserve the right to seek reasonable reimbursement for the cost of repair or replacement.

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Coyo Taco. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coyo Taco is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

    1. This voucher entitles the named recipient to 50% off food on one visit to Coyo Taco. It is valid from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 inclusive.

    2. The offer applies to food only. Drinks, including alcoholic beverages and margs, are not included.

    3. The voucher is valid for one use only and cannot be used more than once.

    4. The offer is valid at Coyo Taco only and cannot be used at Bar Coyo or any other venue.

    5. The voucher must be redeemed by scanning the QR code at the till at the time of ordering. It cannot be applied retrospectively.

    6. The QR code is single-use and will be deactivated upon redemption.

    7. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

    8. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer.

    9. Coyo Taco reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer in the event of fraud, misuse, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

    10. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
