Neon Rose Loteria

Born in Miami.

Now in London.

Coyo Taco started in Wynwood, Miami, in the heart of the mural district, where every warehouse wall is a canvas and the nights have a habit of running away with you.

The name comes from Coyoacán, Mexico City's bohemian arts district: birthplace of Frida Kahlo, home to artists, street food and a way of living that puts pleasure first.

The guiding philosophy is todo es fresco. Everything fresh. Meats slow-cooked. Salsas blended daily. Tortillas pressed. Guacamole smashed to order. Food, music and art brought together with a bold, joyful energy.

That one Wynwood taqueria grew into a Miami institution. Obama ate here. David Beckham too. The speakeasy bar became legendary. Then came Lisbon, Paris, Panama, Colombia.

Now London. Our first UK home is in St James's, steps from the park, open seven days a week from 8am. Bar Coyo is next door. Same energy. Different room.
