Coyo Taco was born in Wynwood, Miami's Latin arts neighbourhood, with roots in Coyoacán, Mexico City. We've been doing our thing across the US, South America and Europe for a while now. Tortillas pressed by hand. Guac smashed to order. Frozen margaritas that need no introduction. And a late-night bar that doesn't know when to call it a night.
